I’m Natasha, mum of two children who are mouth breathers – one with sleep apnea. After years of being dismissed by the system, I started sharing resources to help parents like me get clarity faster.

From what started as a few connections on social media has grown to become a podcast, blog and monthly newsletter to help parents just like me overcome the challenges of a mouth breathing child.

We’re busy building a community for parents who face the challenge of supporting their child with mouth breathing.

Mouth breathing is often dismissed as “just snoring” – but it’s a warning sign.

Left untreated, it can affect sleep, learning, behaviour, dental health, and overall development. Early recognition helps parents take action before developmental windows close.
